Welcome to Gathur. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Gathur website and platform (the “Service”), operated by Gathur (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Gathur is an online marketplace that helps event hosts (“Hosts”) discover, message, and book independent local vendors (“Vendors”) for celebrations in the Phoenix Metro area. Gathur is a venue that connects Hosts and Vendors. We are not a party to any agreement, booking, or transaction made between a Host and a Vendor, and we do not provide the services that Vendors offer.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Vendor listings may be reviewed before they go live, and we may decline, suspend, or remove any account or listing at our discretion.
Vendors set their own prices, quotes, availability, and terms. Any quote, booking, deposit, payment, or contract is solely between the Host and the Vendor. Gathur does not guarantee a Vendor’s availability, quality, pricing, conduct, or the outcome of any event. Hosts and Vendors are responsible for confirming details directly and for resolving any disputes between themselves.
Vendors may be offered a subscription or promotional plan (for example, a founding-vendor offer) to list on Gathur. Applicable fees, free-trial periods, and billing terms will be disclosed at sign-up or in your account. Using Gathur is free for Hosts.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: posting false, misleading, or unlawful content; harassing or spamming other users; circumventing the platform to avoid fees; scraping or copying data; or interfering with the Service’s operation. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences.
You retain ownership of content you submit (listings, photos, messages, reviews). By submitting it, you grant Gathur a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gathur is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any dealings between Hosts and Vendors. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
